 When you call the Aging & Disability Resource Center, your call will be answered by trained, professional staff who will listen to your questions and concerns.  The information you share will be kept confidential.  If you wish, you can remain anonymous.

 We will provide you with information about all of the options available to you or your loved one, and will work diligently to match you with the services that best fit your needs. 

 Services that you can receive information on include:

 Information on In-Home Services:             

  • Home Delivered Meals

  • Adaptive Equipment

  • In-Home Care Services

  • Help with Chores and Daily Tasks

  • Personal Care

  • Short-Term Care Options following Surgery or Illness

  • Lifeline (Personal Emergency Response Systems)

Information on Services Provided Out of the Home:

  • Transportation

  • Nutrition Sites

  • Adult Day Care

  • Assisted Living Facilities & Group Homes

  • Nursing Homes
