The Children, Youth and Families Unit is responsible for the investigation of all allegations of child abuse and neglect, recruiting and licensing of foster homes for children, custody studies and step-parent adoptions screens, home studies, dispositional reports for the court, arranging and supervising alternate living placements for juveniles and supervising and providing support services to all youth under court jurisdiction in Green County.
