The Community Support Program (CSP) is based upon the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model of care for the chronically mentally ill developed in Madison, WI.  A highly coordinated and holistic approach to mental health services is utilized by a multi-disciplinary team in providing psychiatric treatment, rehabilitation and support.  A major focus of the program is on individual life goals.  Our Green County CSP is a nationally recognized program for the rural ACT model and is sanctioned by the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI).
